I had a lovely time meeting this Charlestown, MA family a few weeks ago. When I first arrived I thought I was at the wrong home because the only only newborn I’ve photographed in this area lived a few houses away.

We spent some time documenting them as a new family before taking some individual portraits of the baby.  Mom really wanted a photograph of the baby with the newspaper on its birthday and the Christmas tree so I made sure to capture those requests as well.

My favorite photo from the session is the first one below of dad comforting his new child.
