Dear Ezra,

This month went by very quickly.  Hanukkah and Thanksgiving overlapped, your grandparents came to visit for a week and we traveled to Rochester, NY for Christmas. Once again you LOVED lighting the menorah. There is something about the candles you are attracted to and you even asked to sleep with the menorah.  This year you still are clueless about Santa Claus and the Christmas traditions.  Your dad and I have another year to figure out how we are going to explain this to you.  For now, all you care about is that you have another dinosaur to add to your collection.

You are talking up a storm still, constantly asking “what’s this” and your new favorite phrase is “I think I need…” You are are full of endless energy and it is hard to keep up.  The photos give should give an idea of your energetic spirit.

Dinosaurs are still your favorite toys.  For Hanukkah your grandmother bought you three huge, soft dinosaurs that you NEED to bring with you everywhere.  Seriously, these dinosaurs are huge and one dinosaur is not sufficient. You can only hold two of them and then ask me or your dad to bring the third.  Your softa gave you a dinosaur book that makes noise and you love saying “do you hear them?” And, for Christmas your aunt made you a a dinosaur tail to wear.  You love it and run around everywhere roaring.  I’m still amazing at how many dinosaur names you know now. You are able to name and identity more dinosaurs than the average adult.
