Around this time last year I wrote a blog post for Clickin’ Moms about composing natural newborn photos during newborn photography sessions.  As in any profession, you reflect on your day-to-day and why you do what you do.  The blog post was really a summary of my reflections over the last few years.  One day I received an email from the editor of Click asking if I would write something for upcoming article about capturing the love and relationship between parents and baby.  This was my first time being published and I was thrilled at the opportunity.  Then doubt crept in and for awhile I didn’t tell anyone because I thought something would happen.

But then, in January 2016, the magazine arrived at my house.  So, along with eight other photographers I had a piece in a series titled, ” Baby Love: Expert advice for newborn photography.”
