Boston baby photos

When I was a vendor last month at the MommyBites’ Ultimate Moms’ Night out event I had a raffle at my table for a free mini session and Sarah won!  You’d be surprised but sometimes people don’t claim prizes so I was excited when we were able to set something up right away.  She was really lucky and actually won 3 prizes that night. So, this past Saturday, I met up with Sarah and her family at a Belmont MA park.  Her son is 7 months old and isreally adorable.  The 6-12 month period is such a great age to have photos taken because the babies are so inquisitive and make the best faces. The weather all day kept fluctuating so what was supposed to be sunset session actually took place around 5:30pm, approximately 2 hours before sunset.  As a photographer, that time of day can be a bit challenging without any tree cover but we made it work and I think we ended up with some beautiful light.

A mini session, if you are not sure, if an abbreviated photo session that is shorter in duration and clients receive fewer files.  They cost less than a regular session.  Mini sessions are not something I do very often.  If you are interested in a mini session, follow my Facebook ( or Google+ ( pages.  That is where I usually announce any specials.
