I first met this family for photos back in the fall at Larz Anderson Park in Brookline, MA.  We scheduled a second session in January for when the grandparents would be visiting.  I thought it was such a sweet  gift – pictures of the grandparents with their grandson- for her parents who were visiting from across the country.    This is such a sweet idea and I was so happy that I could do this for them.  This baby had turned into a toddler in the last few months and we had a lot of fun chasing him around the house trying to get his photo.  Grandma was a good sport for getting on the ground to play with this high energy fella and coming up creative ways to get him to smile.  This family just moved to Roxbury from Cambridge and the house is gorgeous.  It was a wonderful place for a photographer because the light was absolutely gorgeous in every room.

During the session we made some time for some updated family photos.  It is then that I found out the family was expecting their second child in the summer.
