I really love this session! The mom first contacted me when the baby was 4 weeks old so it was a little too late for a traditional newborn session so I sent her some examples of  a newborn  lifestyle session. Mom was on board so we met up when her daughter was about 7 weeks old at their home in Boston.  Sometimes this age can be a little harder to photograph but I really enjoy it.  The babies are more awake and their eyes are a bit better at focusing. We spent most of our time taking photos of the parents with their new daughter.  Mom really loved the texture in my flokati rugs so I made sure to bring them.  In addition, we captured some portraits of just the baby on a handmade quilt.  I really love incorporating personal items into the session.
